This is the number one Raw File processor. It has the coolest NASA/HUBBLE sharpening called RL Convolute and a multitude of controls that let you change just about every aspect of your image. It lets you do far more then either Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom will let you do.
The one drawback is that it takes quite a time to do the processing, a problem if you want to bangout images (Read "Commercial Use") but if you are more Fine Art orientated and have time and the inclination to spend on your images then this is the Processor for you. Having said that everyone will find something that they need in this program, even if they only use it now and again. Its Free, Fully Functional and can be left on your desktop or be your portable "Raw Developer" on a USB stick
